About Rick
Probably the most unlikely DNA you’ll ever find, Rick’s grandfather worked for Thomas Edison, his mother was a psychoanalyst from Puerto Rico and his career path was inspired by the movie The Graduate, “Plastics young man, plastics…”
Rick is an accomplished executive with over twenty six years experience in leadership and management. Prior to founding Activate Leadership, he worked in manufacturing from individual contributor to business owner, creating success in every role. He currently consults and speaks with organizations focused on individual and organizational achievement.
Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University. He currently makes his home in Washougal with his wife of 23 years and three teenage children.
